Delevan Drive is a ground-up, two-story single-family residence in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles. Following the complete demolition of a severely deteriorated existing structure, the property was reimagined as a custom home designed to maximize the potential of its urban residential lot.

As the main residence and Phase 1 of the property’s development, the home is organized around an efficient, light-filled floor plan, strong indoor-outdoor connections, and a cohesive contemporary architectural language. The design balances openness, privacy, functionality, and long-term flexibility while responding to the scale and character of the surrounding Northeast Los Angeles neighborhood.

In Phase 2, a custom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) will be added to seamlessly complement the main structure. This ensures a coordinated site strategy and a unified architectural vision for the completed property development.
