Position: Senior Designer (remote)

We are seeking a Drafter with at least 5 years of experience in residential drafting, with strong proficiency in Revit. This role involves producing accurate construction documentation and collaborating closely with the design team to support project delivery from design development through construction.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of professional experience in residential architecture (California experience preferred)

• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited institution

• Familiarity with single-family residential design, permitting, and construction documentation in California

• Strong proficiency in Revit (required), with proven experience leading documentation sets

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and coordinate across disciplines

• Excellent technical detailing, visual communication, and problem-solving skills

• Must have your own software & vehicle

Compensation:
Compensation is contract based.
