ARIS KESHISHIAN, AIA - Principal

AKDA Architects is a full-service architecture firm founded in 2021 by Aris Keshishian, AIA, a Los Angeles native and licensed architect in both California and Florida. AKDA Architects provides both residential and commercial architectural design services, guiding projects from early planning and design through construction.

Aris has professional experience working on custom single and multi-family residences, mixed-use and commercial developments, as well as select projects involving hillside conditions, renovations, and historically or contextually sensitive buildings. His background supports projects that require careful attention to zoning, building codes, constructability, and approvals, while maintaining a clear architectural vision.

Clients work with Aris for his hands-on involvement, calm leadership, and ability to translate complex requirements into clear, buildable solutions. He is known for being highly responsive and detail-oriented, with an approach that balances design quality, technical precision, and long-term value—qualities essential to both private clients and development teams.

Outside of practice, Aris enjoys mountain biking, camping, and spending time with his family.
