Built in 1964 and located in Pasadena’s historic Prospect Park neighborhood near Frank Lloyd Wright’s renowned Millard House, this residence is undergoing a comprehensive interior and exterior transformation.

AKDA is fully reimagining the home with a redesigned interior layout, refined finishes, custom architectural details, and a new recessed arched entry that creates a more distinctive and welcoming arrival.

The project extends into a complete redesign of the backyard. The existing pool will be removed to create a more expansive outdoor setting anchored by a new custom covered dining and entertaining structure. Redesigned patio areas, landscaping, and improved connections between the interiors and garden will transform the backyard into a natural extension of the home.

The broader site plan also anticipates a future detached guest residence. Together, the full interior remodel, new entry, exterior improvements, and extensive outdoor living design give the property a cohesive new identity created for contemporary living and entertaining.
